Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments

Everything was simply fine. Our room was great value for money equipped with beer nearby Potential improvements as well as great views, paid £ 208. The breakfast was complimentary, the check in was early.

overall it was a really great stay on public holidays. its location at a walking distance from queen street was marvellous and amazing. there were a restaurant and restaurants nearby.

luxury, overall clean place with professional and so very helpful staff at the reception desk. handy location, complimentary and efficient breakfast with option to upgrade.

I felt the hotel needed refurbishment - the bech and shower were cracked

Very convenient location - lovely staff. We usually find hotel rooms too hot - we liked the fact that we could both turn down the heater and open the windows and doors to balcony to let in some fresh air. Even though we were right in Queen Street the noise was not intrusive. I thought that providing magazines was a great touch. Also we received a free continental breakfast with our room & the plunger coffee was really nice - also sufficient milk was provided (which isn't always the case in motels)

Only the parking - we were pleased to have read warnings about this and borrowed a smaller vehicle (we have a nissan safari) - probably wouldnt have made it in the carpark otherwise. Still very very tight.

The things I enjoyed at most during my stay in the Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments were: good location, reasonable price, continental breakfast included, good food in the restaurant and kind service.

The only inconvenience was that my apartment situated at a low level in the front of the Queen Street was a bit noisy.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown.

it was conveniet to be moving around the city. quetness and absolutely fantastic

Staying here was a lovely experience with a cozy executive studio and a sweet little balcony overlooking a park. Views of the Sky Tower lit up at night. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the morning and found plenty of nice places to unwind in the nearby area. Just a heads up, we noticed a bit of a stain on one of the blankets, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

The location of hotel is nice and the view from the big window great. Free car park under hotel was important for us.

Quick lifts and very quiet for sleeping.

Large size bathroom with a small shower and vanity unit with very little surface to put your items.whilst shaving etc. Below ground parking not the easiest to negotiate and not enough spaces for the number of rooms.

The receptionist we dealt with was very friendly and helpful whilst remaining professional,we were very pleased to be able to park for free nearly two hours before our check in time..free parking was a big bonus!The room was large,clean and comfortable, we appreciated the free toast and cereal breakfast pack..all in all a great place to stay and very handy being on Queen St.

great upgrade, but minor maintenance issues

I got upgraded to an amazing two-bedroom apartment! The staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort.

The maintenance in some areas could use a little attention.
